Use of the Service

Curtain Call College Tracker is operated by April Blackmore, located in Austin, TX, USA. It helps students and families organize Musical Theatre, Acting, and Vocal Performance college applications.

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to access data belonging to another user.

Who Can Use It

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under 18, you should use it with a parent or guardian's involvement or permission.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.

Free and Premium Access

Curtain Call currently offers:

• Free access with limited features.
• Premium access available through a one-time purchase.

Premium benefits may evolve as the product improves.

Payments and Refunds

Premium access is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

We want you to feel confident purchasing Curtain Call College Tracker. If you are not satisfied with your Premium purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase by emailing april.blackmore@gmail.com.

To request a refund, please include the email address associated with your Curtain Call account and a brief description of the issue. We may ask for additional information to help us improve the product.

Refunds are generally not available after 14 days or for accounts that have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity.

If a refund is approved, your Premium access may be removed after the refund has been processed.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide helpful organizational tools.

College requirements, dates, and audition information can change. Always verify current requirements and deadlines on each college's official website.

However, Curtain Call does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of college deadlines, audition requirements, prescreen requirements, or other admissions information.

You are responsible for verifying all information directly with each college.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and design of Curtain Call College Tracker are owned by April Blackmore unless otherwise noted.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the service without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curtain Call College Tracker is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for missed deadlines, admissions decisions, lost opportunities, or other consequences resulting from reliance on information stored in or displayed by the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Users may request account deletion by contacting april.blackmore@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
